Come and enjoy the mild Mediterranean climate and its sunshine in the gardens of our historic estate.
Four traditional apartments await you, arranged in such a way that you can isolate yourself while enjoying your aperitif in the garden or give free rein to your thoughts at the edge of the pond.
Our vast estate promises relaxation and rest. We are happy to share information on local attractions and restaurants, or to help you with excursions and wine tastings.

According to Günter, winemaking should produce three pleasures: the pleasure of taking care of the grapes, the pleasure of drinking the wine and the pleasure of bragging about its qualities. He loves introducing people to the wines of Domaine de Saint-Eugène and talking about the domain's history, the land and its wine while teasing the tasting buds of both experts and amateurs.

Vineyards and sales
Paul is our vineyard master. He spoils his grapes so they would have the best possible quality. He is also responsable for exporting to Belgium, his native country.
His most popular slogan: "Winemaking is easy, but not during the first 100 years."
Michael Naab
Enologist
One of his favourite sayings is both concise and clear: "Healthy grapes produce high quality wines."
Michael has been part of this adventure since 1999.
VINEYARDS & REGION
300 000 ha vineyards in one large adjacent region make the Languedoc the biggest vineyard in the world. No less than 40% of all French wine is produced here. It is also home to the oldest grapevines in France; the Coteaux du Languedoc. This is one of the most outstanding appellations and extends over more than 8 400 hectares between Nîmes and Narbonne. The Domaine de Saint-Eugène is situated right in the middle of it.
The Languedoc is also an amazing holiday destination. The varied landscapes, the sea, the mountains, the historical cities and protected natural parks allow you to alternate relaxation and exertion. Over 2 000 kilometer of sandy beaches stretch all the way from the Camargue to the Vermeille coast near the Spanish border.

In order to allow you to taste our wines throughout the year or in case we are absent from the domain, we offer you the opportunity to taste our wines at Vinauberge. This is also a perfect venue for a pleasant dining experience with tasty tapas or a meal of the day.
